A star-studded gathering in Berlin: On November 16, the national and international elite of entertainment, business, politics and sport met in Berlin for the award ceremony of the 69th BAMBI.
After all, it is THE glamor event of the German media world and an annual event of the extra class. The celebrities presented themselves at the Red Carpet of the Theater am Potsdamer Platz, of course, from their most beautiful side - whether nominated for an award, booked as an entertainer or just as a guest on site. Also this year with expert styling support from Kryolan, official make-up partner of the BAMBI award ceremony for the fourth time in a row.
In four different styling lounges, 22 members of the Kryolan Pro Team, headed by Paul Merchant, Global Head of Make-up, created breathtaking evening looks. In the renowned Grand Hyatt Hotel Berlin, Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger was made up with his charming girlfriend Heather Milligan. The actress Monika Gruber, the TV couple Janin and Kostja Ullmann and film producer Simon Verhoeven sat in the mask at the Sofitel Hotel on the Kurfürstendamm, while Gerit Kling (actress), Manuela Kampp-Wirtz (managing director Burda Style Group), Katja Weitzenböck (actress) and Jeanette Hain (actress) were styled at the renowned hair salon „Kirsten Ellen Vietze“ with Kryolan's Professional Make-up products Red Carpet ready.
In order to guarantee a - at least visually - perfect performance, the international Kryolan Pro Team also took care of the last touch-ups backstage Kai Pflaume and Florian Silbereisen, the coach of the German national team Joachim Löw and the Federal Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel. In addition to great looks, this evening, of course, everything revolved around one topic: the awards. Among these were action star and ex-Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger ("Our Earth"), Hollywood star Hugh Jackman ("Entertainment") and ex-boxer Wladimir Klitschko ("Sport"). Among the ladies, entertaining queen Helene Fischer won the coveted golden fawn in the category "Music National", model icon Claudia Schiffer was honored with the prize in the category "Fashion" for "30 years of exceptional service in the fashion industry".
The live acts Sam Smith, Rita Ora, Helene Fischer, the ensemble of the Mama-Mia musical and of course Tom Jones hit the right tone. A colorful evening with radiant winners.
