Shimmering Events Foundation is a very light and gentle fluid foundation for maximising the most appealing light effects on the skin. Its luminescent pigment reflects light in a magical form. Shimmering Events Foundation was formulated with advanced ingredients, so it is also great for sensitive skin. This liquid luminizer can be mixed with foundation, primers or buffed over the top to create the perfect glowing effect.
